Service-Focused Role with In-Book Sales Opportunity

George Wernery State Farm is seeking a fully licensed, Spanish bilingual Customer Service Representative with prior State Farm agency experience to join our remote team. This role is primarily service-focused, supporting customers with policy needs, billing questions, and claims assistance while also identifying in-book sales opportunities when appropriate.

We are looking for a professional who delivers exceptional customer service, understands State Farm systems, and can confidently guide customers through coverage questions while strengthening long-term relationships.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our policyholders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to anticipate customer needs will help ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, resolving problems, and occasionally pivoting service conversations into coverage recommendations that benefit the customer.

Licensing & Experience Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required
 • Active Life & Health license preferred
 • Spanish/English bilingual required
 • Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience required

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish

Answer customer inquiries and explain policy coverage and options

Assist customers with policy changes, updates, endorsements, and billing questions

Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed

Conduct account reviews to ensure policies remain accurate and effective

Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage within the existing book of business

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within State Farm systems

Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Spanish and English communication skills

Prior State Farm agency experience

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills

Comfortable balancing service responsibilities with in-book sales opportunities

Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
