George Wernery State Farm is seeking a fully licensed, Spanish bilingual Customer Retention Specialist with prior State Farm agency experience to join our team remotely. This role is primarily service-focused with an in-book sales component, designed for a professional who excels at supporting customers while identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage when appropriate.

We are looking for someone who understands State Farm systems, can manage service requests independently, and is comfortable pivoting customer conversations into thoughtful coverage recommendations that benefit the client.

Licensing & Experience Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required
 • Active Life & Health license required
 • Spanish/English bilingual required
 • Prior State Farm agency experience required

Role Overview

As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, helping customers with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and claims support. You will also conduct coverage reviews and identify in-book sales opportunities that help customers maintain strong protection.

This role requires someone who is organized, empathetic, and confident balancing service excellence with thoughtful sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish

Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries

Assist customers through the claims process and follow up as needed

Review accounts to ensure coverage remains accurate and complete

Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection when appropriate

Quote and close additional policies within the existing book of business

Maintain accurate documentation within State Farm systems

Collaborate with team members to support retention and agency growth goals

Fluent Spanish and English communication skills

Prior experience working in a State Farm agency environment

Strong service mindset with the ability to pivot into in-book sales

Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
