George Wernery State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Account Manager who thrives on closing business, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent production. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is confident leading sales conversations and motivated by performance-based income.

We are especially interested in bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) who can effectively serve and grow our diverse community. State Farm experience is strongly preferred, but not required for the right producer with a proven sales background.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, your primary focus is growth. You will proactively market and sell insurance products, conduct comprehensive policy reviews, and convert both warm and cold opportunities into long-term client relationships. Service is important—but production drives this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and close new business across auto, home, renters, and life insurance
  • Conduct needs-based policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop strong customer relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Confidently recommend, explain, and sell insurance solutions to both warm and cold leads
  • Handle complex customer concerns while maintaining a strong production focus
  • Track pipeline activity and consistently work toward meeting and exceeding sales goals

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Life & Health license preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • State Farm experience preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
