Are you a competitive, financially motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping clients reach long-term financial success? George Wernery State Farm is looking for a sales-focused Insurance & Financial Services Representative to drive agency growth through strategic sales and personalized financial guidance.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain licensure—with full support and paid training provided by our agency.
What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue Growth – Proactively market insurance and financial products to new and existing clients.

Consult & Advise – Present tailored insurance and financial strategies to meet retirement, investment, and income protection goals.

Build Long-Term Client Relationships – Establish trust through ongoing communication and personalized service.

Stay Ahead – Keep up with industry trends, product updates, and evolving client needs to stay competitive in the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record or clear drive to achieve aggressive targets
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, sales, or financial services preferred
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend solutions
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
