This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—with full training and support provided by our agency.
What You’ll Do

Drive New Business: Recognize opportunities, market insurance products, and close sales with both warm and cold leads.

Develop Long-Term Client Relationships: Turn prospects into loyal policyholders through proactive outreach and needs-based selling.

Maximize Value: Consult clients on coverage options and offer tailored solutions that protect and enhance their financial security.

Support Agency Growth: Assist with strategy, contribute to production goals, and be a key part of a winning team.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-dominant, goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently recommend products
- Previous insurance or sales experience preferred
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
